About The Expert
Brita Loppnow is the CEO and Founder of Prosper HR. She started Prosper HR to provide expert fractional HR and consulting services to support organization's growth and big picture thinking by focusing on HR compliance, employee experience, core HR design, and strategy.
Brita brings more than 10+ years of HR experience and holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Leadership. She is SHRM-CP certified and is a certified life and career coach.
Prior to founding Prosper HR, Brita worked with numerous startups and at McKinsey and Company. Brita is an expert in her field and dedicated to being a trusted partner and advisor.
